Philips hue dial switch stopped working after 2 days. Still waiting on Philips to fix this

Love the products but not all bulb shapes were available in the fitting I wanted....We had a few problems initially setting up the hub as it wouldn't connect to our WiFi but after a little effort and patience all was good.

The 80 inch light strip is perfect for kitchen cabinets the glue on the strip works perfectly.

1. I could not setup the hue bridge. After a lot of troubles and no support or software help I finally setup the bridge.
2. I managed to connect the light strip and after that I lost control of the light strip. I can set the color, but when I do it just starts to change colors at random after I leave the color selection picker. Its a crappy product all together. I have used Hue products in the past and they just worked. Their user expirience is so bad that selling hue products should be a crime because its a rip-off.
Philips is a dead brand for me. Spending over 500 Euro on so many products for them to stop working properly because of this bad software implementation is a crime. DONT BUY HUE PRODUCTS!!!

I absolutely love the entire Hue Ecosystem. I also use them along with my motion detectors. The product is great and shipping is quick! I'd like to see some of those European/ Australian outdoor lights here in the States. Keep up with the great product!

I'm delighted with my extension lead which does the trick perfectly and I can now position my external spotlights exactly where I needed them!

Ease of use to find products and quick turnaround for delivering planing the whole house and garden around HUE. Expensive mind.

Could not reorder as a block was on my credit card. Price is now 25% more.

I tried to return the goods as I bought part of the wiring in error and it was close to impossible.

For some reason they sent my order in two parts, one was delivered successfully and the other magically got “lost” and they were unable to deliver. Claimed I wasn’t in when I was, no delivery note ever left. Reached out to hue to explain and ask what could be done and they were even more useless than you could imagine- I’m now out of pocket and still have no lights. Shame on you!

Was looking to upgrade my existing light fixtures from the 1950s in my basement. Used the 5/6 inch white ambiance can lights as a retro fit and they make the room 100% brighter than a regular 60 watt incandescent bulb. The previous model of the 5/6 inch white ambiance can light was rated about 800 lumens where this bulb is rated at 1100 lumens. The bulb I used is UPC# 046677578527.

The bulb is very bright and good . I think a bit will improve the app. That's it like widgets. If that improves shortcuts, it can be easy to access .

Promotion price on the website didn’t work when item added to basket. Took weeks of trying to speak to anyone about it, they just didn’t seem to care. Was told website was incorrectly priced then it wasn’t, just back and forth with different responses all the time. Very poor for a big company like Philips
